Espero estén pasando un día hermoso, donde quiera que se encuentren.
Quería compartirles las últimas imágenes de nuestro viaje a Portland,Oregon. Diciembre es un mes sumamente lluvioso en Oregon pero corrimos con la suerte de que nos lloviera solo durante nuestro ultimo día.
Nuestra primera parada por supuesto fue comida... Fuimos a Screendoor Restaurant.
Un lugar super conocido donde esperamos más de una hora por nuestra mesa pero felíz de haberlo hecho porque la comida estaba riquísima. Probé por primera vez el famoso plato de chicken & waffles y ya sueño con volver!

I wanted to share the last few images I have of our trip to Portland, Oregon.
December is a rainy month for Portland and we were lucky to have just one day of rain.
Our last day we headed for late brunch at the yummy Screendoor Restaurant. We waited an hour for our table but it was worth it! It was my first time trying the traditional Chicken and waffles and OMG... it is soooo good. Definitely a must is you're ever in the area.
Luego caminamos bajo la lluvia hasta un coffeshop llamado Heart Coffee Roasters y de ahi fuimos a Kennedy School escuela transformada en hotel con restaurantes, bares y cine. Fotos abajo! El lema de Portland es: "Keep Portland weird" y definitivamente este lugar representa esa frase.
After we had coffee at Heart Coffee Roasters (a coffee shop walking distance from Screendoor) we headed to the weird and awesome Kennedy School. A school turned into hotel, restaurant, bars and theater! Pictures below.
Por supuesto un viaje a Portland no está completo sin una visita a Powell's Books!
Estuvimos casi tres horas, quedé enamorada! Los anaqueles tienen una curva muy sutil que se puede apreciar en las fotos!
