FALL for summer

I can’t believe this is the last week of July! And even if the sun is out, bright and hot as always I couldn’t help myself but wear a cute fall-inspired outfit. Yes. It’s still Summer but here I am writing about Fall Fashion. I can only blame the blogger in me haha…

Pueden creer que estamos en la última semana de Julio!?! Y aunque los días sean más largos, el sol esté brillando, ofreciéndonos su calor caribeño no puedo evitar colocarme atuendos inspirados en el Otoño. Si. Estamos en pleno Verano y aquí estoy escribiendo de moda otoñal, culpen a la bloguera en mí!

For a day of running errands with the hubs I embraced the comeback of suede with a pair of lovely camel colored shorts. The texture gives more personality to the look paired with a basic olive green top and blue shoulder bag. Mixing colors that are neutrals allows you to wear colorful outfits without it being overwhelming! Also, being the jewelry obsessed kind-of-gal that I am, I layered my gold necklaces to make the bag and sandal accents pop!

Para un día lleno de compromisos opté por un look cómodo y neutral. Combiné unos cortos de gamuza,  textura muy a los años setenta, con un top verde olivo y bolso azul oscuro. En ocasiones cuando queremos crear atuendos coloridos optar por combinar diferentes tonos básicos es lo mejor. Se logra un look llamativo sin ser abrumador. De igual forma, le añadí accesorios dorados para resaltar los detalles del bolso y sandalias.
