This dress is the cutest. Absolutely love the ruffled details of the sleeves and the deep tones it carries. For this look, I styled it with a simple knitted scarf (it was cold people!) and the most adorable light blue ankle boots. Can you believe I got them on sale for 30 dollars!? One of my best buys yet!
