Uno de mis días preferidos de éste viaje fue cuando visitamos la hermosa playa de Cannon Beach en Oregon y Ecola State Park.
One of my favorite moments from this trip was when we visited Cannon Beach and Ecola State Park.
Está area queda a sólo una hora y media desde Portland y partimos temprano en la mañana para iniciar nuestro pequeño roadtrip. Si nunca han escuchado de Cannon Beach, muchos la conocen por la película de los Goonies y su famosa piedra Haystack Rock que se impone en su costa dando una vista única y espectacular!
Estuvimos varias horas tomando fotos, hablando y caminando por su costa. Siempre se mantuvo nublado, lo que te hacía sentir que el tiempo estaba detenido. Fue un sueño estar allí.

We went on a little road trip to visit this area of Oregon. We were on our way early in the morning. The forest filled the spaces on each side of the road, so peaceful and beautiful with a few areas affected by the fires.
If you have never heard of Cannon Beach before, it was the backdrop of the famous movie The Goonies! Jayson and I have always wanted to visit, not because of the Goonies, but for the epic views the Pacific Northwest has to offer and of course: Haystack Rock!
We were there for hours. Taking pictures, talking and soaking up the beauty.
The day stayed cloudy which gave you the feeling that time stood still. It was such a dream to be there!
